How about warming up the house with a fire on a cold December morning, or baking up the heat with a yummy dessert? If you said yes to both then we are on the same page. Today’s dish is warm, sweet and the perfect single serve treat for the weather. Even if it’s not too cold where you’re sitting we think you’ll love this flour-free Apple Crisp just as much as we do.


A single serving dessert…or breakfast 😉 Apple Crisp For One



1 apple

1 Tbls hemp seed

1 tsp chia seed

1 tsp ground flax seed

1 Tbls almond meal

1 Tbls oatmeal

1 tsp maple syrup

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp extra virgin coconut oil

cinnamon to taste

1 tsp lemon juice

Good Morning, Friend!

Bake 375* for 30-35 minutes

(100 calories, 25g carbs, 4.5g fiber are from the apple itself)
